Application Requirements
- Bank statement showing a minimum of $26,000
- Financial Guarantee Form – Signed by the owner of the account
- Copy of your Passport
- High School transcripts (Optional if over 18 years of age)
- English Proficiency Scores (Optional)
Additional Requirements for Transfer Students:
- Copy of your current I-20
- Copy of your US Visa
Steps to Apply
International Application (Initial I-20)
Apply if you are not currently enrolled at a college or university, applying from a school outside the U.S., or changing your status to F-1 for Bachelor level studies or beyond.
Transfer Application
Apply if you are transferring your I-20 from a school within the U.S., including high schools, colleges, or language schools.
Part-Time Application
Apply if you intend to keep your I-20 at another school and only wish to take one or two classes at Citrus College, or if you hold an F-2 visa and plan to study part-time.
Application For Change of Program
Apply if you have completed OPT (Optional Practical Training) or if you completed a degree or certificate at Citrus College and wish to pursue a new program. Choose this application if you are completing OPT at another school and plan to transfer to Citrus College after.
Use the PayMyTuition service if paying with a foreign bank account.
- $40 Fee for Initial & Transfer I-20 Applications
- $20 Fee for Part-Time Applications
- The I-20 is required to apply for an F-1 student visa and to enter the U.S. as an international student. Be sure to pay the SEVIS fee, schedule your visa interview, and carry the I-20 with you when traveling.
- Download your documents on the ISC Portal.
- Visit my.citruscollege.edu for general student orientation and view your registration window.
- International students: Contact the ISC to schedule a meeting with the ISC Counselor for assistance with class selection and English and math placement.

US High School Concurrent Enrollment
International students in US high schools need only (1) submit the Citrus College application and (2) the concurrent enrollment form to enroll.
